According to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) and 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Personal Data, obtained through the forms provided in the portals of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and their associated electronic offices will be treated in accordance with the regulations in force for each Processing Activity whose characteristics are listed in accordance with article 30 of the Regulations itself in the Register of Processing Activities of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy. In the inventory of activities you can find detailed information on: the person responsible for each processing activity, the purpose, legitimation, retention of personal data, and the possible transfer or international transfer of data.

The legitimacy of the processing may be based on the performance of a mission carried out in the public interest or on the exercise of public powers conferred on the controller, on the fulfillment of a legal obligation, on the consent of the persons concerned, or on any of the other causes assessed in article 6 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR). In the case of processing activities that process data of special categories, the authorization may be based on any of the reasons listed in Article 9 of the GDPR or Organic Law 3/2018 (on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights). The Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security undertakes to maintain the utmost secrecy and confidentiality of the information provided to it and to use it only for the purposes established for each processing.

The data will be collected through the corresponding forms, which will contain only the fields necessary for the processing of the benefits or services requested, and will be kept for the time required to provide the services, based on the current legislation, with regard to the limitation of liability. It is up to the data subject to update their own data; the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy will not be liable for its inaccuracy unless any changes that may have occurred are communicated.
